Return Window:

• • You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • After 3 days, we won’t accept returns or exchanges.

Eligibility Conditions:

To qualify for returns or exchanges, ensure:

• • Sunglasses are unused and in original condition.

  • Original QR tag is intact.

  • Original packaging, and accessories are included.

  • Return request raised within 3 days of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important):

• • A clear unboxing video is required if you claim that the product delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective.

  • The video should clearly show the unopened package, label, and condition of items immediately upon opening.

  • Report any issues within 5 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and clear images.

Note: Claims for wrong/damaged products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Not Accepted If:

• • Used/damaged after delivery

  • Missing QR tag or packaging

  • No unboxing video for Wrong product claims

  • Return request after 3 days

  • Discounted(Promo-code Used)/prescription/international items

Easy Exchanges:

• • First exchange is free.

  • Additional exchanges cost ₹150 each.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • If pickup is unavailable, self-ship your product; we’ll reimburse shipping charges up to ₹150 (in credit credit).

Exchange products ship after inspection.

Refund Policy

At Sunglassic, we offer refunds based on your payment method.

• Prepaid Orders:

  • ₹100 fee deducted

  • Refund to original payment method within 7 working days

• COD Orders:

  • Refund as store credit (Sunglassic Wallet), valid for 24 months

Prescription Sunglasses Policy:

• • Not returnable (custom-made)
  • If we made an error, we’ll replace for free
  • Report within 24 hours with unboxing video

Shipping & Delivery Timelines:

Orders ship within 24 hours of confirmation.

• • Metro Cities: Delivered within 3-4 working days.

  • Non-Metro/Rural Areas: Delivered within 5-8 working days.
