- A clear unboxing video is required if you claim that the product delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective.
- The video should clearly show the unopened package, label, and condition of items immediately upon opening.
- Report any issues within 5 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and clear images.

Note: Claims for wrong/damaged products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
